01 Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Vettano you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Vettano. If you are a minor, you confirm that your parent or guardian permits your use of the service.

03 Early access (alpha)

Vettano is in an early-access alpha. That means:

• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
• Accounts, ranks, progression, and any virtual items may be reset or wiped between phases.
• The service is provided “as is” while we build it, and availability is not guaranteed.

04 Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

05 Acceptable use & fair play

To keep the arena fair, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or use third-party tools that give an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or draw or type hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Sell, buy, or transfer accounts, or impersonate others.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

06 Your content

You keep ownership of the drawings and other content you create in Vettano. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate, moderate, and promote the service. You are responsible for what you submit.

07 Our intellectual property

Vettano, its name, logo, artwork, and software are owned by Vettano Interactive and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to our branding or assets except to use the service as intended.

08 Virtual items & currency

Any in-game currency, cosmetics, or items are licensed to you for use within Vettano, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. During the alpha they may be granted for testing and reset at any time.

09 Suspension & termination

You can stop using Vettano and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its players. Sections meant to survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

10 Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — especially during the alpha.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vettano Interactive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progression, arising from your use of the service.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. We'll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in-product or by email. Continuing to use Vettano after changes means you accept them.

13 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vettano Interactive is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
